Elaine Hollands DipM MCIM is an independent Style and Image Coach with a passion for helping individuals and businesses to create and develop an effective and sustainable image, maximise personal and business impact and ensure a positive and lasting first impression. 

She believes that style should be intrinsic - reflecting personal and business values, personality, lifestyle and physical  characteristics.  She is founder and Director of Intrinsic -a style, image and fashion consultancy based in Welwyn Garden City that offers personal style advice advice for achieving everyday style and an image with integrity.

Trained and mentored by one of the UKs most respected style experts, Elaine brings a fresh and innovative approach to personal style and image. Before specialising in style, image and fashion, Elaine worked in brand and image management for 15 years.

She speaks, writes and runs workshops, seminars and training events on a wide variety of style, image, colour and fashion related topics and has built a reputation for her passion, good humour and professionalism which she combines with her practical and benefit orientated approach.

Elaine is an affiliate member of the Federation of Image Consultants and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
